Emmy Award Winning Comedian Jeff Cesario, a native of Kenosha, Wisconsin brings his award winning comedy to Eau Claire for one night, Friday, December 14th at 8:00PM to the intimate setting of Pizza Plus in Eau Claire. Jeff has appeared on the "Tonight Show", "David Lettermen", "Conan O'Brien", as well as produced his own HBO and Showtime specials. General Admission tickets are $16 in Advance and $20 the Day of show.

Emmy Award winning comedian Jeff Cesario was born and raised in Kenosha, Wisconsin. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1975 (Go Badgers). For the next five years he was a writer for newspapers and magazines throughout the midwest and also a free-lance musician.
In 1980 he moved to Minneapolis and launched his career as a stand up comedian. After quickly attaining regional success, at Mickey Finns, Dudley Riggs and the Comedy Gallery. In 1983 he moved to Los Angeles.
Success came quickly for Jeff and In 1984 he made his national television debut on "Latenight With David Letterman." Over the next decade he appeared many times on "The Tonight Show" with both Johnny Carson and Jay Leno as well as the Letterman show and many other national talk shows.
Jeff has starred in his own standup specials for both Showtime and HBO. He received a Cable Ace nomination for each, winning two.
Jeff used his success as a standup to springboard into writing and producing. In '94 he helped Dennis Miller launch "Dennis Miller Live" on HBO and garnered two Emmys and two Cable Aces in the process, functioning as both writer and executive producer. He then became a producer and writer on the acclaimed "Larry Sanders Show" starring Garry Shandling.
In 1998 Jeff moved into features, gaining screen credit for his work on the Warner Brothers feature, "Jack Frost." He is currently working on a feature for Michael Douglas's company, Further Films, and Sony/Columbia. He is developing both a feature script of his own and a television series, and is also consulting on Bob Costas's new HBO series. He recently co-wrote the 2000 Emmy Awards featuring Shandling, and hosts ESPN Classic's "Reel Classics." As a performer, he's in demand in the corporate market and at the finest comedy venues around the country.
He got married in May of 2000 and also bought a house which he and his wife are renovating, so if he seems a little out of breath, you'll understand.
