Every month, a different local musician performs their original music. Having listened closely, the comedians from local improv group The Local Music Scene then improvise comedic scenes based on the lyrics.
The Local Music Scene is: Sarah Arnold, Laura Berger, Breanna Cecile, Liz Council, Jeff Gyllen, Nathan Kelly, Kelsey McGregor, Erik Ostrom, Shea Roberts, Will Roberts, and Philip Simondet.
They are an improv group that has trained and performed at various local improv theaters, including The Brave New Workshop, ComedySportz Twin Cities, HUGE Theater and Jesters.
August Guest: Tanner J Peck is a singer-songwriter based in Minneapolis who studied music at MSUM. By day he delivers mail in uptown, by night he plays his personal blend of folk and blues around the metro, including monthly at BrewProv commonly held at Lakes & Legends Brewery.
