An introduction to the basic principles of the Alexander Technique - an educational method for reducing stress and improving coordination (both mental and physical!) combined with its direct application to improv games. Dont worry, it will all make sense eventually. Just sign up.

About your teacher: Christine Stevens has been a certified teacher of the Alexander Technique for 25 years and served on the faculty with the Brown/Trinity Graduate Program for Actors and Directors from 1999-2014. She is also a certified Ha-Ha since 2008. She currently teaches theater at Greenfield Middle School.
Must be 21+ to attend a workshop at Happier Valley Comedy.
