The Learning Disabilities Association of America ("LDA") is the largest non-profit organization advocating for individuals with learning disabilities and has over 200 state and local affiliates. Membership is composed of individuals with learning disabilities, family members and concerned professionals. LDA visualizes a world in which: (1) all individuals with learning disabilities are empowered to thrive and participate fully in society, (2) the incidence of learning disabilities is reduced, and (3) learning disabilities are universally understood and effectively addressed.
