Event
Water Music Festival Saturday October 14 and 15 2017. 6-9 pm (Sat) 1-4 pm (Sun)
This year we are presenting TWO separate concerts at Leadbetter Farms Lighthouse. As this concert venue sells out quickly, we felt that offering two different times and dates would make it possible for all interested patrons to attend. Same artists, same repertoire, different times and dates. BE SURE TO PICK THE CORRECT DATE ON THE DROPDOWN MENU WHEN ORDERING YOUR TICKETS.
Light bites, sweet treats, beverages, and a no-host wine bar at both concerts. Cash sales only.
In keeping with our theme The Classics, the Mission Chamber Players ensemble will perform masterworks from the classical repertoire. Their concert will include performances featuring flute and strings, flute and piano, and strings and piano. The highlight of the concert will be the famous Schuberts Trout Quintet.
The Music at the Mission Chamber Players are a small, elite group of twelve musicians who perform with various ensembles in the San Francisco Bay Area and come together several times a year to perform at Mission San Jose in Fremont. The series is known as Music at the Mission: Chamber Music Outside the Box and that is exactly what the group provides. Hailed for their outstanding musicianship as well as interesting programs, this group presents the classics with flair and style. The six performers included in this concert are Rhonda Bradetich, flute; Aileen Chanco, piano; Bill Everett, double bass; Matt Szemela, violin; Michael Graham, cello; and Chad Kaltinger, viola.
Concerts performed at the locally famous and totally unique, Leadbetter Farms Lighthouse greatroom.
