Smoke + Stretch
Smoke + Stretch is a guided meditation and yoga series with Women.Weed.WiFi. In the first half of the class we will go over different herbs you can incorporate into your smoking routine and how to incorporate smoking into your meditation practice. The first section ends with a guided group meditation using herbal healing led by Kenya Kush. The second half of class will be a grounding yoga routine led by J-Nasty.
This special edition at Evergreen is to help purify and strengthen students, especially those of color fighting for global and civil liberties and dedicated to bringing about a better, safer, healthier, more loving world.
