Creating a New Seattle Waterfront

It's summer and time to walk the waterfront! Join us for our meeting and 1.5- hour walking tour in downtown Seattle to learn more about the Seattle Waterfront project including the seawall design, the upland planning, and management of public spaces. Speakers from the Seattle Office of the Waterfront Marshall Foster, Joshua Curtis, and Steve Pearce will provide an update on design and construction. Stuart Munsch from NOAA Fisheries will talk about habitat design for the seawall. Heidi Hughes from Friends of the Waterfront will describe the management program designed for this new public space.
