Will Franken in "Tough Jobby, Boot: Tis Yule"
Will Franken in

"Will Franken is an astounding character comedian who makes almost everyone else in his field look like lazy chancers" (Chortle UK)

"I can't remember one moment of this show that wasn't funny. I am still laughing" (Scotsman)
"You can't take your eyes off these inspired outpourings" (UK Guardian)

Fresh from a highly successful run of performances in the UK and on his way back to England, Will Franken (www.willfranken.com) has just a brief amount of time left in this country to regale you with his patented form of one-man theatrical hilarity. With his long-term return to Britain just around the corner, tonight, Saturday, 22 December at 9:30pm, marks a final chance to catch Will Franken in all his surrealist and absurdist glory with this brand-new show: Tough Jobby, Boot: Tis Yule. See and hear an entirely new plethora of characters and vignettes making their debut in Franken's repertoire, including Glaswegian Jack Rabbit, a self-described professional eavesdropper (who only leaves you alone if you invite him to join the conversation); Exxon Mobil executives surrender to the Occupy movement and sign a treaty in Golden Gate Park; shy British lads invite girls to dates at the Museum of Modern Fruit; and  in an homage to his greatest personality defect  Franken murders people in line at a burrito stand out of impatience, admits his guilt on the stand in order to hurry the trial along, and opts to nix the lengthy appeals process and go ahead and die  all in time for Christmas!

One of the 15 best reviewed performers of Edinburgh 2012 according to The British Comedy Guide (Four stars Scotsman, four stars Guardian, four stars Chortle UK, four stars Independent, four stars Times of London, four stars Sunday Times, among many others), as well as San Francisco's "Best Comedian" (SF Weekly), "Best Alternative to Psychedelic Drugs" (Bay Guardian) and "genius" (Chronicle).
