Abuse isnt easy to spot. When apples magically begin to multiply in the battered New York apartment of married couple Baz and Jan, a chaotic turn of events brings to the forefront a cauldron of secrets and betrayal. Sex, murder, magic, and a whole lot of fruit force Jan to face hard truths about his husband. A gruesome, sexual shmorgishbourg about what happens when love replaces common sense, "Fruit" explores why we allow ourselves to be treated badly by those closest to us. And whats the deal with all those apples?
