Blueridge Chamber Fest: Shoshana Telner in Recital
Blueridge is delighted to present multi-award-winning pianist Shoshana Telner. Experience her sparkling technique and deft musical discourse as she performs passionate works by Gershwin, Hummel, and Liszt. One night only!

Described as an authentic musician with a sparkling technique (Le Droit) and full of fire and warmth (the New York Times), pianist Shoshana Telner has performed across Canada and abroad. She made her solo orchestral début with the National Arts Centre Orchestra at the age of 16 and has since performed as soloist with orchestras including the Québec Symphony, the Boston Classical, and the National Academy Orchestras.
Shoshana received degrees from Boston University(BMus), The Juilliard School (MMus), and McGill University (DMus). She has been awarded honors at international competitions including Honens and Hilton Head. She currently teaches at McMaster University.
Shoshana's recordings include solo works of Canadian composer Colin Mack (2009), the six Bach Keyboard Partitas (2012), and the Grieg violin/piano sonatas with Jeremy Bell (2015).
