8BITches and Computer At Sea
Following our First Friday Arcade event, SPACE turns its night eye to some live, circuit-based music. 8BITches hail from the island of North Haven and perform their pixellated sonance, analog romance, break dance enhanced, supreme dream of a chip hop machine on electronics and modified Nintendo Gameboys. They'll be previewing their debut album "What is Chip-Hop?" on USB dongles available for purchase at the show. Computer at Sea is Portland's own Galen Richmond performing pop songs for the analog masses on lovingly modified Casios and Frankenstein'd electronic creations. Arcade's projected video games will continue throughout the show for your participation.
