Memorial Weekend Tiki Bash - Pig Roast, Mitch Polzak
We're celebrating Memorial Day Weekend with some good ole Americana and few bands do it better than Mitch Polzak and the Royal Dueces and between sets, the rockn sounds of DJ Tanoa "Samoa Boy" and DJ Nuttyboltz!
PLUS a buffet Pig Roast with all the trimmings, served from 4 to 6pm and of course, our world famous Tiki cocktails flowing all day!
Formed in 1999, this hi energy three piece ensemble performs Rockabilly from the late '50's Sun Records era, guitar instrumentals from influences such as Joe Maphis, Merle Travis, and Chet Atkins, to a wide a range of Bakersfield Honky Tonk and Truck Driving music. Mitch also adds the 5 String Banjo to the show, Bassist Vance Ehlers adds a driving slap technique rivaled by few world wide and drummer Rick Quisol brings years of experience to fill out the sound with rock solid rhythm and tight vocal harmonies.
Doors open at 3pm.
