Nobody: A New Musical
Join us on July 21 for a staged reading of NOBODY: A New Musical written by Dan Brennan & Katie Zutter. A staged reading is a presentation of a musical where the actors stand at music stands and read the play. They are not memorized but still performing. For a musical, the actors sing all the songs with only piano accompaniment.
About "Nobody: A New Musical": High school senior, Jessica Walker has just been named the editor of the school paper. When one of the most popular boys in school joins her staff, she has to make a choice. Should she stay where she is comfortable or follow him to get the inside scoop of the life she never led. Jessicas coming-of-age story is about finding the balance between work and play while maintaining her integrity along way.
