Disaster!
To the tune of nearly three dozen of the Me Decades biggest pop hits, including Hot Stuff, I Am Woman, Never Can Say Goodbye, I Will Survive, and many more, DISASTER! THE MUSICAL exuberantly pokes fun at 70s cult films like The Poseidon Adventure, Airport 1975, The Towering Inferno. DISASTER was written by Seth Rudetsky and Jack Plotnick based on a concept by Rudetsky and Drew Geraci, who also contributed additional material.
DISASTER! THE MUSICAL played three successful Off-Broadway runs, and its 2016 Tony-nominated run on Broadway was praised as a New York Times Critics Pick. Time Out New York gave the show five stars out of five, and said I cant remember the last time I laughed out loud at the theater as often as I did at DISASTER!
