Welcome to Dance Camp Northwest!
August 19th-27th 2017
Please join us for the 5th Annual Dance Camp Northwest this summer! As you may have read on our website, we are continuing to expand and connect into the conscious, partner, contact and mindful movement dance communities.
Stop for a moment and imagine the gorgeous venue at Ft. Flagler, a full array of amazing and inspiring teachers, nourishing meals, ample opportunity for community offerings, great people, dancers, artists, healers, activists, and YOU!
This gathering is not to be missed!
Dance Camp is sponsored by Dance Collective Northwest, a 501c3 Washington State Non-Profit -- a volunteer-run, creative collective of people who love to move.
We emphasize:- efforts that co-create community
- respect for differences among individuals and cultures
- empowerment of children, elders, and all community members
- acknowledgement that our bodies and environment are amazing and sacred
- nonviolence and creative conflict resolution
- acknowledgement of the contributions we each make to our community
Tickets And Registration
ALL programming, meals and lodging is INCLUDED in the ticket price. Camping space is limited and always fills up, so please register early if you want tent space.
Please see cost of tuition below. Refunds of 75% will be made up until a month out (July 18th), and then drops to 50% until two weeks out (August 4th), and is 25% up until the start of camp. No refunds after camp has begun.
Full Camp - $675
Arrive on Friday evening to settle in
Programming runs Saturday through the following Sunday
Extended Session - $475
1) Arrive on Friday depart on Thursday
2) Arrive on Monday depart on Sunday
Single Session - $250
1) Arrive on Friday depart on Monday
2) Arrive on Monday depart on Thursday
3) Arrive on Thursday depart on Sunday
Work Exchange
The co-creation of Dance Camp provides ample opportunities for participation - both at camp, and in advance of camp. If you want to be there, we want to work with you to make it more accessible. Please consider joining our work exchange program and contributing your skills in community collaboration.

Volunteerism
More than just a vacation, DCNW is a community in which you are invited to participate in any way you can. Many hands make light work, and work together for a common goal is satisfying, fun, and connects us to others in new ways! All participants are asked to contribute at least one hour of volunteer work per day towards making this event incredible! Please think of how you would like to contribute and keep in mind volunteer positions will be available on a first come first serve basis. Again, we highly recommend you buy your tickets early!
