Join us as we welcome Luke Russ, Commercial Director of O'Shaughnessy Estate Winery in Napa Valley. This dinner will feature six vintages, some made from grapes of Howell Mountain's 18-year-old vines.O'Shaughnessy Estate Winery is a small, family-owned vineyard and winery on Howell Mountain in California's Napa Valley. Their quest to make great Cabernet Sauvignon and other varietals is the driving force behind all of our growing and winemaking decisions.

Reception: Passed Hors d'Oeuvre 2015 Sauvignon Blanc
First Course: New Bedford Scallop sweet pea, lemon curd, toasted grains 2015 Chardonnay
Second Course: Line Caught Alaskan Salmon polenta, cherry, fennel, cilantro 2013 RRV & 2012 SLH
Third Course: Cocoa Dusted Cervena Venison- whipped fingerling, carrot, smoked bordelaise 2014 Napa & 2013 Howell Mountain
Dessert: Petit Fours & Mignardies
