Dear Friends,
Please join us for de Porres Junio, Saturday, June 10th, at 6:00 PM. Well be the guests of Stage+Table. Located in Santa Monica, this massive loft serves as a gathering spot for many of the citys gourmands. The evening begins on their deck with paloma cocktails and choros a la Chalaca, mussels made famous by the Peruvian port city of Callao. Next is ceviche Peruano. A burrata salad with peaches, tomato, zucchini, and the Andean mint, huacatay, follows. For our main, Pablo will prepare aji de pato. A rich and creamy stew of cheese, nuts, and aji amarillo, his will feature duck in place of the more traditional chicken. And for dessert: coconut layer cake. After our dinner, Stage+Tables own mixologist, along with members of their culinary club, will arrive for craft cocktails. Youre invited to indulge well into the night.
