ReMembering What's to Come
We live in times that call us to feel more deeply and choose more wisely to create a life in which we and all beings can flourish.
To respond effectively, we must be well-resourced physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. This Open Floor workshop offers embodied practice as a tool to envision a new story for ourselves and the earth, a process we call re-membering.
We are all embedded in individual and collective stories about how things are and who we are in relation to the world. These stories are often rooted in me vs. not me and us vs. them. But our survival depends on our embracing the interrelatedness of all that exists. We are being asked to let go of our old stories without knowing our next move.
This workshop is for anyone who sees that our current structures are crumbling and unworkable, and who wants to answer the call to change with a resounding YES!
We will
cultivate embodiment as a resource for navigating change investigate our unique role in a new story be emboldened to act from our own re-membering
