WHBC Summer Beer Dinner
The Summer Beer Dinner is the first beer and food pairing that WHBC has offered to the public. This is sure to be a great evening as you are hosted by WHBC's Cuisiner, Patrick Arretche and WHBC's Brewmaster Jordan White. Come and enjoy this wonderful evening as you are taken through a 6 course pairing of fine worldly foods paired to perfection with great locally crafted beer.
The doors will open at 6 for seating and a beer 'cocktail hour.' Then at 7, the first course will be plated and served directly to your table. Over the next couple of hours, you'll be taken on a tour of fine worldly foods all while staying grounded as the foods you eat are paired with your favorite locally crafted beers from WHBC.
Here is the menu for this delectable evening:
Asparagus al Frutti Di Marre --- paired with --- Foothills Pilsner Green asparagus topped with shrimp, mussels, cherry tomatoes and a white wine sauce.
Eggplant Rollatini --- paired with --- Wolf Hollow Amber Sliced eggplant, fried, and rolled with emmental cheese and smoked ham.
Bleu Cheese Stuffed Mushroom --- paired with --- Whites Wit White mushroom caps, stuffed with Cuisinier Arretches special bleu cheese blend.
Zucchini Alla Affumicata --- paired with --- Pulpit Supply Brown Ale Layers of zucchini, bacon, and smoked mozzarella baked to perfection and sliced in small squares.
Smoked Brisket a la Sauce Aux Poivre --- paired with --- Battle of 69 White IPA Cuisinier Arretches signature smoked brisket served with a delicate green peppercorn sauce and a side of tagliatelle.
Merveilles Avec Sa Mousse --- paired with --- Campout Stout Similar to the famous Louisiana Beignet, this is the real deal from the Southwest of France, served with a French mousse made with Wolf Hollow's Lock 9 Porter
