Urban Artifact Beer Dinner

You know the drill. This time Main Street Meats is proud to host Urban Artifact Brewery from Cincinnati. We will feature the following beers along with Chef's Jake Cornish & Justin Spencer of MSM.

1) Finn Berliner Pale Ale
2) Sliderule Raspberry / Chocolate Gose
3) Pinwheel Kumquat Gose
4) Gadget Sour Beer Bomb (Gose)
5) Phrenology Brett IPA

Menu for Urban Artifact Beer Dinner on 6/4:
- Assorted Passed Hors d'oeuvres (TBA) paired with welcome beer
- Heirloom Tomato Salad | Burrata, Basil, Avocado, Rose Gastric
- Trout Ceviche | Pineapple, Cucumber, Pepper, Onions, Herbs
- MSM version of Chicken & Waffles | Fried Quail, Whole Wheat French Toast, Fermented chili, Maple syrup, Bacon
-Mixed Berry Cheesecake | New York style cheesecake, Fresh seasonal berries
