Cardinal Innovations Healthcare is offering provider training to discuss requirements for State-Funded Member Eligibility Criteria. Providers are required to annually collect financial information for all consumers seeking state-funded services (financial requirements do not apply to Medicaid consumers). Providers can use the Cardinal Innovations financial attestation form or may use their own collection method, however if audited, must be able to provide the data elements outlined in the State Funded Member Eligibility Criteria Plan Guide.
