Bourbon, Bordeaux & Game Dinner
On Thursday, November 29, we invite guests to the Old Fourth Ward for our third annual Bourbon, Bordeaux and Game Dinner. Following a champagne toast in the lounge, guests will gather in our private dining room for a four-course dinner featuring wild game and seasonal fall flavors. Floor-to-ceiling windows will provide guests an intimate view into the exhibition kitchen to watch chef Jay Swift and our culinary team prepare the hearty feast. Each course will be paired with a Bordeaux wine carefully selected by sommelier Seth Roskind. As a final indulgence of the evening, a tasting flight of small-batch bourbons will accompany the dessert course.
