WTS June Lunch Program
WTS Puget Sound is excited to offer a program focused on the development of a significant new non-motorized trail alongside numerous multimodal transportation connections and opportunities in the Eastside Rail Corridor! The ERC is a former freight corridor spanning over 26 miles, through 5 cities, and owned by 5 different partnered agencies in the railbanked portion. Speakers Erica Jacobs with King County Parks, Kari Page with the City of Kirkland and Carolyn Hope, with the City of Redmond will each share their agencys experiences planning and developing their section of the corridor in the context of a multi-use vision for the former rail corridor, that includes trail, transit and utilities to serve the rapidly growing Eastside communities. Space in this program is limited to 40 people dont miss out!
Registration and networking begins at 11:30 am, the program will begin at noon and will end at 1:00 pm.
