Celebrate Idaho Wine Month at our 4th Annual Summer Farm to Table Dinner. Chef Nate Whitley of the Modern in Boise, will create a menu with all local/seasonal Idaho cuisine paired with Huston Vineyards award winning wines.

Radishes with herb butter
& English Pea purée with chèvre
Salad Course: Smoked Trout, New potato, snap peas, preserved egg yolk, horseradish creme Fraîche, cover crops
Entree 1: Porchetta, Tonnato aioli, roasted carrots, chimichurri
Entree 2: New York Strip, New Potatoes, Grilled Fava Beans, Bearnaise
Dessert: Corn Meal Cake, Rhubarb, Custard
