School of Rock Seattle performs Roots of Hip Hop
School of Rock is a performance based music program. Students receive 45-min lessons on the instrument of their choice (drums, bass, guitar, keys or vocals). Students also participate in a weekly 3-hr rehearsal to prepare them for the main event, the show! We find that the combination of private lessons and group band practice with their peers is the best way to motivate kids to practice hard, overcome stage fright and become amazing musicians.
This show presents our students performing Roots of Hip Hop at the Nectar Lounge on Saturday, June 10th! Doors at 2:00pm, Show at 2:30. Tickets are $12 ADV / $15 DOS. Cash only at the door. All ages!
