"Eat Right" Family Supper with Nick Barnard
Chefs David Bancroft and Ban Stewart (Kowaliga) will be joined by author and special guest from the UK, Nick Barnard. "Eat Right" is a cookbook focused on how to cook simply and sustainably using the resources you have around you. This supper will reflect these practices while utilizing the freshest local ingredients from area farms and merchants.
Nick Barnard co-founded Rude Health with his wife in 2005. Rude Health prints over 4 million cartons, packs and wrappers a year and has scores of awards for taste and ethical standards (including 6 Soil Association Organic Food awards, 15 Great Taste awards) and was recognised in CoolBrands list of Britains trendiest brands. Nick is a non-executive director of Tablehurst and Plaw Hatch Biodynamic Community Farms. He is also a stunt flyer with the Yakovlevs Display team, which he co-founded.

Ticket Price includes: -(1) copy of "Eat Right" cookbook and "Meet & Greet" with the author -all food listed on the menu -(2) drink tickets -tax TIcket price does NOT include gratuity. Guests will receive a check for $0.01 at the completion of the meal if they wish to leave gratuity for their server.
