Sun June 18 9-12pm - CO-ED, full-contact scrimmage-eligible skaters through advanced only (must be able to scrimmage and both GET hit and RECEIVE hard hits)
*Fundamentals of bracing
*Playing smart O to D and back again.
*Basic sweeps
*Communication - simple vocabulary
*The mental athlete
*Bench etiquette
*What to do with feedback
All skaters must come prepared with proof of insurance, full contact-appropriate equipment, and both black and white shirts (names/numbers suggested) for game-replicative portions... need to get gear? Hit up The Bruised Boutique Skate Shop New Orleans!
