One of the most practical and important objects an Andean Paqo (shaman/mystic) possesses is a Mesa, which in Spanish means table or altar. This is a bundle of sacred objects, called Khuyas, which we use for a range of healing work, such as energy cleansing (including the removal of heavy energy in a persons energy field) and energy (sometimes known as soul) retrieval.
The mesa is a representation of our personal power. The objects within the mesa represent our personal connections with powerful and sometimes tutelary (teaching) nature spirits, which are developed over many years. In some cases objects within our mesas are gifted to us by our teachers and other spiritual friends.
In this workshop we will learn how to build a mesa and how to work with it as a bundle as well as with specific objects (khuyas) within it to support ourselves and others on their healing journey.
This workshop is open to all with no prerequisites; previous Rebirthing the Wild attendees will find this the perfect opportunity to integrate the Khuyas you've already been gifted. This workshop will make a good prerequisite for the Energy Retrieval Workshop in September.
