June 14 2017 PETER MULVEY/ BILL CAMPLIN/ SISTAH STRINGS
Peter explains it thus:

"People, this is the heart of what I do. I love to get musicians together and to play music in its raw, conversational form. To listen, to jump in without knowing exactly what comes next, to be surprised and enlivened. This is the holy grail for me: to play music as though its happening offstage, for pure joy and discovery and communication between friends and strangers."

PETER MULVEY  "master guitar wizard, erudite song writer and just all around great guy. The depth in any Mulvey song is incredible from the mastery of tune & rhythm, to the lyrics, even down to the concept of his albums." Whitney Luckett

Milwaukee musicians SISTAH STRINGS: Being Black classical string musicians has been one of the most defining things in both Monique and Chauntee's lives. They were raised by parents who instilled awareness and the power of education. They are both classically trained musicians, having studied at the String Academy of Wisconsin and the Music Institute of Chicago, and are pursuing higher education in music performance. Although they are classically trained and are passionate lovers of the classical music genre, their first love is gospel music. Their sound is soulful and fresh, a very unique blend of their eclectic musical background.

BILL CAMPLIN- singer/songwriter cafe/music club owner with beautiful tenor and guitar chops itching to have those strings accompany him
