Theatre Within's 2017 Summer Solstice Meditation
Celebrate the summer solstice by joining us for an evening of meditation led by Konrad Ryushin Marchaj, former abbot of the renowned Zen Mountain Monastery.
The New York Insight Meditation Center provides a warm and supportive setting for this quiet gathering. Turn off your smartphone for a few hours, tune into your breath, and practice being fully present.
This free workshop is open to all and made possible by Theatre Within, the grassroots non-profit behind the Annual John Lennon Tribute since 1981. We are dedicated to having a positive impact through our productions and ongoing workshops in creative expression and mindfulness.
Admission is limited to 40 people.
