PROGRAM: "Shifting Roles on Design-Build Projects"
Please join Christie Bodnar Swiss, Esq. and Howard Franco, Esq. of the law firm Collins Collins Muir + Stewart LLP to discuss the shift in traditional roles when engineers participate in design-build projects. They will also discuss the legal implications of the historic passage of SB-496 and what we may expect to see when the law takes effect in 2018. The discussion will center on contractual provisions to consider, potential liability exposures, and risk management tools.
