Lunch 'n' Learn follows the May Service Provider Council meeting offering a special presentation by AHS educator, Alexandra Kushliak, to learn about Green Sleeve, Advance Care Planning and Goals of Care and how current practices affect your agency's policies, practices and the accreditation process.

12 noon - 1:15 pm - (working lunch)
