Monday June 5, 2017 10am - 1pm, Atascadero Zoo $20 for LLCC members, $25 for non-members
To experience wildlife all in one spot, join this LLCC tour to the Charles Paddock Zoo in Atascadero.
Established in 1955, Charles Paddock Zoo is now a fully accredited zoo, exhibiting hundreds of animal species from around the world on 5 wooded acres. Situated in beautiful Atascadero Lake Park, Charles Paddock Zoo remains true to its commitment for wild animal conservation, propagation and management. See local and exotic animals like sloths, porcupines, pythons, tigers, monkeys, foxes, turtles, flamingos and many other wildlife attractions at the zoo. It is home to hundreds of animal species from around the world. Many of the zoo residents are part of globally managed programs to preserve animals and their habitats.
On your journey you will experience a Wild Walk Around that will take the group on a private one-hour tour--led by one of the Zoo Educators--of the Charles Paddock Zoo.
We will end our tour with a Creature Feature, a fifteen minute close encounter meet and greet with a very special animal ambassador. This adventure is sure to open your heart to the zoo's remarkable critters.
