Join us at Chestnut with Highland Brewing Company! Few know that Highland Brewing was founded in the same building that now houses Asheville's beloved Chestnut Restaurant.
Help us greet Asheville Beer Week with Chef Brian Crowe's unique menu, featuring the latest beer and ale creations from Highland Brewing Company: Big Briar Tart Ale, Mandarina IPA, Highland IPA, Oatmeal Porter and Pilsner
Passed hor d'oeuvres begins at 6:30 pm, with a four-course dinner to follow.

Reception: Country Ham on Mini Biscuit with Grilled Peach Relish Citrus Crab on Tortilla with Avocado Salsa Flounder Tacos in Malanga shells with habanero pickled cabbage Rhubarb and Fennel Bruschetta with Mascarpone Big Briar Tart Ale
First Course: Salad of Watercress and Fennel, Lightly Dressed in a Mandarina Vinaigrette with Citrus Supremes and Orange Glazed Duck Mandarina IPA
Second Course: Seared Scallops with House Smoked Tasso, Confit Tomatoes, Pickled Ramps, Frisee Salad and Cauliflower Puree Highland IPA
Third Course: Hop-smoked Rack of Lamb with a Sequatchie Cove Blue Cheese Crust over Spring Onion Colcannon with Local Mushroom Demi-glace and Pear Crisp Oatmeal Porter
Dessert: Honeyed Goat Cheese Cheesecake with Sesame Caramel Sauce and Big Briar Reduction Pilsner
