Kool Keith w/ Dana Coppafeel, NightKrawlers

The self-proclaimed inventor of horrorcore and founding member of The Bronx's pioneering hip-hop group The Ultramagnetic MCs, Kool Keith has had an immense influence on shaping today's indie rap. This influence, according to Pitchfork, "has never felt more tangible in light of Odd Future, SpaceGhostPurrp, and especially Lil B." As his bio states, "the average Kool Keith album is peppered with bizarre, disjointed, even delusional or disassociated themes, concepts, and references."

Kool Keith returns to Mad Planet after playing to the packed venue nearly a year ago. He's joined by Dana Coppafeel of the successful and recently disbanded local collective KingHellBastard, and the NightKrawlers, who recently took the stage with Prof.
