Showgirls in Space by Curtains Cabaret
Blast off to Dragon Theatre on Saturday, July 22 for Showgirls in Space: a sci-fi odyssey through space, time, and glitter!
Drawing on burlesque's history of combining camp with seduction and comedy with tease, this one-night-only production brings some of the South Bays finest burlesque and circus artists together for a a nerdy and slightly-dirty voyage into deep space.
The Killjoy Empire is on the verge of destroying the universe's only remaining source of Sparkle. Can an agent of G.L.I.T.T.E.R. (Galactic Interstellar Tassle Twirlers Encouraging Revolution) stop them or will humanity lose their ability to dance and feel joy forever?
