Concert! American Fingerstyle: songs for 6- & 12-string guitar
American Fingerstyle: songs for 6- & 12-string guitar introduces guitar music from two of America's top solo guitarists - EWM Records artist Peter Janson and independent artist Steve Davison. Janson is an award-winning contemporary nylon-string guitarist performing his trademark fusion of jazz, classical, and world-folk styles played with passion, artistry, and technical mastery. Davison is a two-time finalist and winner of the solo guitar competition at the Arkansas Acoustic Music Festival, and a finalist in the Merle Travis Fingerstyle Competition. Both artists have performed throughout North America including the Montreal Guitar Festival, Montreal Jazz Festival, Healdsburg Guitar Festival, Argenta Acoustic Music Series in Little Rock AR, and the WUMB Music Festival in Boston MA.
