Cardinal Innovations Healthcare will offer Member Specific Agreement (formerly Client Specific Agreement or CSA) Training via webinar on May 4 at 10 a.m. to explain changes to the process and requirements.
In addition to the obvious name change from Client to Member, the process change clarifies the roles of Utilization Management (UM), Care Coordination (CC) and Network Management (NM), and includes an updated form that guides users through the process and ensures accountability and compliance with all requirements.

The training is mandatory for all UM, CC and NM managers and supervisors, and strongly encouraged for all staff in the referenced departments.

The SOP, Form, and Instructions to the Form are attached for your reference. Review the documents and submit questions in advance of the webinar via email to Network Contracts Manager Lori Setchell at  lori.setchell@cardinalinnovations.org.
