~First Course: Seared diver scallop with butter poached prawns, accompanied by mango/roasted red pepper coulis, and avocado tomatillo sauce.
~Second Course: Grilled watermelon feta-stacked salad.
~Third Course: Bruschetta, with smashed fava bean puree, and buffalo mozzarella, accompanied by house smoked honey-glazed pork belly.
~Fourth Course: Mediterranean lamb lollipops, with Hasselback potato and lentil salad.
~Fifth Course: Mixed berries with shaved chocolate atop home-made angel food cake
