OHAYO OHIO Japanese storytelling with Harold and Jonatha Wright
Harold Wright created a Japan program at Antioch College in the 1970s and was a Fulbright scholar at Keio University in Tokyo. He and his wife Jonatha traveled to Japan for over a decade with the Antioch Education Abroad program in Kyoto, gathering stories from books and the people they met.
For decades, the Wrights have collected Jpaanese stories from Japanese people and books. Harold translated these stories, and together with his wife, Jonatha, adapted them for oral telling. This event is free.
