The Social Justice Poetry Slam & Open Mic is a forum for spoken word poets to express their thoughts, passions and ideas in regards to the establishment of Social Justice in our society. Poets can sign up to compete in the Slam or just share within the Open Mic hour. Community members benefit by absorbing the poetic expressions of these conscious voices.
