FAQ'S
1) IS THERE PRE-ASSIGNED SEATING?
No pre-assigned seating, this will be a roaming event with lots of characters about! There will be about 6 large tables near the back for the dessert buffet, and chairs around the outside of the space. Please be generous with the space and don't "claim" a table- we want you up and soaking in all of the amazing activities with us!
2) WILL THERE BE FOOD?
Ah, people after my own heart! There will be an amazing dessert buffet (If you haven't had dessert at The Vancouver Club, you're in for a real treat) and a cash bar for the adults if they would like a glass of wine.
3) CAN WE DRESS UP?
We love it when everyone dresses up! This is definitely a suit/dress evening (think what you would wear to a wedding or high-end event). The only thing we ask is that parents dont come dressed in princess/superhero outfits as we dont want any confusion between who is a performer and who is a client! Children are welcome to dress in princess gowns and capes/masks :)
4) PARKING
Ah yes, the joys of downtown parking. There is a parking lot behind the Vancouver Club/Terminal City Club on Cordova Street with a flat evening rate- Its the best option in the area.
6) IS THERE A GROUP DISCOUNT?
Because we are already offering tickets at such a low rate, we unfortunately cannot offer a further discount. All of our performers/facepainters/balloon twisters are graciously volunteering for the evening so we could keep the price low enough that anyone can attend! We do however have an early bird rate: 100 tickets are available at a $35 rate until May 5th or until they run out!
7) DO ADULTS/BABIES NEED TO PURCHASE A TICKET?
Anyone attending the event needs to purchase a ticket. We recommend this event for age 2+, but understand that some parents will need to have their babies with them, and won't be charging extra for the infant in your arms!
