Frederick A. Peterbark, a native of Springfield, Virginia, holds a Master of Music degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Michigan, along with a Teachers Certificate for grades K-12. Previously, Fred served as the Assistant Dean for Recruitment and Diversity (Louisiana State University, College of Music & Dramatic Arts; 2015-2017) and Assistant Dean for Recruitment and Outreach (University of Colorado Boulder College of Music; 2008-2015). Fred recently returned to the northeast to serve as the Director of Admission and Preparatory Programs for the School of Music at Ithaca College. Additionally, Fred serves as the Executive Producer of Peterbark Productions, LLC. As an educator, Peterbark has given presentations at both state and national conference/conventions, including the National Association of Schools of Music's Annual Meeting, National Association of College Admissions Counselors Annual Conference, the Colorado Music Educators Association Clinic-Conference, and the Nebraska Music Educators Association Conference/Clinic. He is also recently engaged and excited to begin planning a wedding with his fiancé. Audrey M. Peterbark, is an organist, pianist, accompanist and singer from the Washington, DC/Northern Virginia area. She holds both a B.M. and M.M. in Piano Performance and Pedagogy and a minor in voice studies from Westminster Choir College of Rider University. Ms. Peterbark performed as a pianist at Weill Recital Hall, formerly New York's acclaimed, Carnegie Hall and has given numerous performances and lectures in the Northern Virginia area. Past performances include Peterbark being a soprano soloist with the Morman Choir of Washington, DC, under the direction of David Hardin, and the featured pianist and soloist for the past three seasons at the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, Colorado as part of the Estes Park Music Festival.
Ms. Peterbark is currently working for the Cedar Hill Independent School District as an Elementary Music teacher at Lake Ridge Elementary school in Cedar Hill, Texas. In addition, Ms. Peterbark is the interim organist and accompanist for the First United Methodist Church of Keller in Keller, Texas. Pianist Fernanda Nieto was born in Mendoza, Argentina, where she received her undergraduate degree in Piano Performance. She completed her Masters Degree in Piano Performance and Pedagogy at Ohio University under the direction of Gail Berenson and Alejandro Cremaschi. In 2005 she was awarded with the Lynn Freeman Olson pedagogy award, given by the National Federation of Music Clubs. She completed the Doctor of Musical Arts in Piano Performance at the University of Colorado at Boulder, under the direction of David Korevaar. In 2009, the College Music Society awarded her with the Yamaha In-Residence Fellowship, which allowed her to develop an engagement program with the objective of promoting the diversity of Argentinean music.
