ROUGE
In the heart of PALM SPRINGS lies the supper club ROUGE. ROUGE was created by PS UNDERGROUND and is a unique alternative to the traditional restaurant experience.
What can you expect at ROUGE? It is an all-encompassing environment designed to heighten your senses. It is part supper club, part sultry cabaret, part speakeasy and part culinary theater. Like the speakeasies of the 1920's, this event is a tad bit bawdy and a somewhat risque. PS UNDERGROUND events have been dubbed "A culinary RAVE for adults" and a "Feast for all Senses". Sit back, relax and expect the unexpected.
The uniquely presented four course menu is kept secret and is revealed as the evening progresses. It adds to the mystique. Our chef will be happy to accommodate special requests or dietary restrictions if revealed at the time of seat purchase.
We have a drink menu that was specifically created for this event. Beverages are not included in the ticket price and will be billed on consumption upon the culmination of the event.
