Banjo Master Dan Walsh from U.K.
OCA is pleased to host rising star Dan Walsh on tour from the U.K. Nominated for 2016 Folk Musician of the Year at the BBC Folk Awards, Dan is one of the finest banjo players in the U.K., as well as being a superb singer, songwriter and guitarist. He is touring the world to promote his 2017 solo album Verging on the Perpendicular after previous critically acclaimed album releases. At the heart of his music are British, Irish and American folk tunes with a healthy dose of funky grooves, lively humor, poignant and socially relevant lyrics and his own dazzling take on clawhammer style banjo.
