This three-day experiential workshop is for participants who have prior Circle training (not necessarily with our trainers) and ideally have experience as a Circle keeper. This training will provide an opportunity to develop advanced practice, skills, and resources for keeping Circles. This is ideal for those who have experience participating in or facilitating/keeping Circles.
The following learning objectives will guide this workshop:
*Coached practice in keeping Circles *Increased self-awareness in relationship to Circle keeping *Steps and strategies for reaching consensus *Skill development in designing questions to guide circle process *Exploration of techniques to manage difficult challenges that arise in Circle *Increased knowledge of creative openings and closings in Circle
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - July 21st - July 23rd 9:00a.m. - 5:30p.m. *Commitment to attend all three days is required.
