Title 24 Energy Modeling and Net Zero Homes in California: A Case Study of Two Projects

Beginning with the next iteration of the California Energy Code, residential projects will have to be net zero or have nearly zero energy consumption throughout the course of a year.  This class will show examples of a single family and a multi-family net zero projects while discussing design challenges, cost impacts, and energy reduction strategies.
