Middle Eastern Mezze Feast
Within minutes of arriving, the table is filled with different goods. Fresh cut colorful salads, assorted pickles, pastries, bread, and dips, followed by rich delicious Entrees and an amazing dessert (that I will keep as a secret for now...) This is how we feast in the Middle East. Shimi Kahn has been running Middle Eastern kitchens in Seattle and can currently be found serving Gourmet Falafel and Gyros at the Fremont Sunday Market.

Seconds
Authentic Middle Eastern hummus topped with traditional spices, extra virgin olive oil (and a twist) Oven hot pita
Main Entrée (choice of one)
Pan sautéed fresh prawns in a lemon, garlic & herb chimichuri. Served over a bed of rice pilaf, greens and fire roasted bell peppers Farm fresh chicken breast marinated overnight (in a rich Middle Eastern spice blend) and grilled. Served over a bed of rice pilaf, greens and roasted beets. Shakshuka - Free range egg, cooked to perfection inside a savory bell pepper tomato sauce. Served over a bed of rice pilaf, potatoes and zucchini.
