Cooking with Chef Ravi Kapur

Ravi is one of the Bay Area's celebrated chefs, with a resumé that includes an impressive eight years as Chef de Cuisine at Boulevard followed by his first Executive Chef title at Prospect and another I was unaware of, Commodore of the Liholiho Yacht Club. Recently, Ravi finished a stint as the interim Chef at Piccino, and he can still be found doing the pop-up thing throughout the Bay Area. Come cook and play with Ravi in the kitchen!
On the Menu: Roasted beets, quinoa, and avocado salad
Ricotta and kale dumplings, mushrooms, and pecorino
Braised pasture raised beef with dates and cipollini onions
Farro "polenta"
