Indigenous Knowledge Conference 2017
We welcome you to join us for a stimulating day of presentations to learn more about immigration issues affecting the indigenous Mexican community, including a continental breakfast and a full course home made indigenous lunch.
We are excited to have key note speaker Yosimar Reyes. Yosimar Reyes is a nationally acclaimed poet, educator, performance artist and public speaker. Born in Guerreo, Mexico and raised in Eastside San Jose Reyes explores the themes of migration and sexuality in his work.
During the event participants will have a choice of workshops to attend including:
